Accessibility Statement

GradeCompute targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and is designed so core calculations work with keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, and mobile touch input.

Measures taken

Controls use visible labels, programmatic associations, clear focus indicators, status text, and polite result announcements. Calculator tables retain text equivalents, and color is never the only status signal.

  • Logical heading and focus order.
  • Practical 44-pixel control targets where possible.
  • Responsive layouts that support 200% zoom.
  • Reduced-motion preferences respected.
  • Print views without navigation or advertising.

Keyboard workflows

All calculator functions are intended to work without a mouse. The homepage grading shortcuts are disabled while normal typing occurs in a field.

Known limitations

Very large score tables and curve distributions may require vertical scrolling or a text-statistics alternative on narrow screens. Browser print dialogs, offline behavior, local storage, and PDF output vary by platform. Third-party consent or advertising interfaces, when activated, may have separate accessibility behavior that will be reviewed before use.

Feedback

Report the page, control, assistive technology, browser, and the problem encountered. Do not include student records or unrelated sensitive information. Accessibility issues are prioritized for reproducible review.

Your privacy choices

Grade calculations stay on this device. Necessary storage remembers your privacy choice. Optional analytics and advertising are off unless you allow them and those services are enabled.
